Given how vast a vision of change can be, why would you even try to express it in just a headline? Well, there are a lot of reasons. It challenges you as a leader to find the essence of your vision. To distil it, and all its complexity, into just a few words. And for the audience, whether listening or reading, it makes it clear and succinct. You could do that, of course, without having to create a headline for it. But what a good headline has to do is make the “story” compelling enough to pull us into wanting to learn more.
